How do you fall out of love with someone who you see everyday?

I dated a guy for almost a year. We broke up over the summer and he wants me back but this other girl he knows wants him and he hangs with her all the time. I have tried to forget him, find someone else, and convince myself that what we had was useless but I can't seem to fall out of love. Is there any advice that you could give me?How do you fall out of love with someone who you see everyday?
You can't control your emotions. They always get the best of us. All you can really do is just go out there. Hang out with friends, meet new people, new guys. Occupy your time. You will always have feelings for him but in time it will get easier. The saying is 100% true ';Time heals everything.'; Just live your life and eventually you will forget him and move on. Just don't make the mistake of contacting him again or talking to him personally cause emotions will rise and you might fall where you are again.How do you fall out of love with someone who you see everyday?
I went out with a guy and thought i would never get over him but with time I did. You need to go out with your friends have fun and get your mind off of him. If he says he wants you back and then hangs out with the other girl. he obviously doesn't want to get back with you that bad because if he did the other girl wouldn't be in the picture. Don't let him fool you because guys are good at that.
I was in this same position...but then I changed schools and forgot about the person...soo you find new people...you never completely forget about the person...but you do not have to hold on to all your emotions...or you could always go back with him??? loll :)
Express yourself to him, if you feel like you still love him prove it in a passionate way and if there is still enough love maybe you can rekindle your relationship.
Go make out with a couple dudes, you'll forget him.
