Have you ever thought you were in love with someone, only to find out you were wrong about them?

Why does this happen, even when you know a person well and aren't just guessing what their personality is like? How can you suddenly fall out of love with someone, and feel so disillusioned? Do our brains trick us into seeing a person in a certain way, when in fact we are not compatable with them at all?Have you ever thought you were in love with someone, only to find out you were wrong about them?
this can happen to anyone and does happen to most at some point in time.

in the beginning we are all in the infatuation stage; they are attractive to us and we want to always be with them.

as the relationship progresses we get to know the person and a friendship evolves.

sometimes what we think is love is really just a good friendship OR we continue to base the relationship on that first stage and once we realize it was just one thing that we were attracted too we realize what as happened.

Also, everyone is constantly changing as a person. sometimes we just grow apart with new likes and dislikes, job opportunities and new people in our lives.

the one your with may be ';the one'; at the time but if you two grow in different ways you are just going to naturally grow apart.

Everyone wants to be loved, we are human and we need physical attention, we need people and love t o survive. So we will do whatever we can to feel that love intentional or not.

hope this helps (:Have you ever thought you were in love with someone, only to find out you were wrong about them?
Yes. I learned that love is not what they can do for you, which I thought it was. Love is actually a desire to please and do for them not the opposite.
