How do you fall out of love with someone?

My ex dumped me about 4 months ago because she ';fell out of love with me'; however that happens. Over the past months, i've been trying to stop loving her because i never really had that chance. It's going well and gets better with the week, but i still find myself thinking about her often even though i never want to get back with her again. I don't know how to stop this.

Well it's hard to fall out of love with someone. You have to be in love first, or then it would not make sense. Try thinking about all the things that made you unattracted to her. Like little things about her that would piss you off or annoy you. If you keep thinking about the negatives about her, you'll find yourself not wanting to think about anything good about her and you will soon get over that love! i have the same problem i love someone except they don't love me back and i don't know wat to do but the one thing you can do is just stop thinking about them and anything that reminds you of them just keep them out of your thoughts and try to move on hang out with some of your guy friends.
