the best way, i fall out of love with someone, is try not to think about the person, and focus on a new target, or distant yourself from him for a while, but usually whats best is to find a new target to like or love and eventually the love for him will fade over time, but its no guarantee you can fall out of love with someone.
Girls like gay guys because they don't feel threatened. More 'manly' guys make them feel intimidated, but they find talking to gay guys is just like talking to another girl. Realise that you would be better off if you keep looking; he obviously isn't right for you. You might not ever find the 'perfect' guy, but you don't have to change a guy to make him 'perfect' either. The right guy will love you, and if this guy doesn't love you, then he isn't right...

Maybe you could help him out and show him that he isn't really gay, just in his head. You should do things that you know would turn him on and say things with no pressure like, will you help me zip up my dress and stuff. Help the brother out.
You just have to tough it out. Stay busy, quit thinking about him and find someone else. It's not easy, I know. But, that's what you have to do.
