How do I make someone fall out of love with me?

Been married for 10 years. I don't love him anymore, but he still loves me. I don't have the heart to hurt him. I need some help, any suggestions?How do I make someone fall out of love with me?

I think you owe it to your marriage to find out what the problems are, and why you have these feelings. You have a responsibility to communicate effectively to your mate, no matter if it is your now husband or future boyfriend. Learn this major relationship factor and see if there is anything that can be resolved or compromised on before letting this man go. Sounds like he loves you enough, then he will be willing to work with your needs and desires.



I suggest going to a marriage counselor, you can't help the way someone feels about you all you can deal with is the way you feel about someone! Maybe you can talk through your problems and work it out if not you will have a chance to talk about what is bothering you. It sounds like you are just looking for an easy way out and the it is not the way to go.
Wow it sucks to be him, honestly you never really loved him because the way these ppl on here describe love we never had it. We felt lust that never evolved, I was with my ex-husband for 10yr. as well only married 2 of them and I just walked away like it was nothing, I guess because it was nothing to me and I have no regrets about it and he still loves me to this day. So just tell the truth end it and call it a learning experience.
First Id advise counseling. Then I would have to say most importantly dont hurt him by cheating or being mean in any way. Dont push him away in such a way that he hates you. It isnt right to hurt him like that. you wouldnt want it done to you. Lets be honest now. If it were you wouldnt you want to be told the truth. Yes of course it hurts like hell but The truth is the only way to go. The healing process would be easier for him knowing you just fell out of love and not finding out you were sleeping with someone else or that you hated him.
This is a tough one. What where the reasons you married him. Do anyone of those reasons still exist. I can't give you much advice because I don't know you or him. But, it is always good to make a marriage last especially after 10 years. You did the first thing right by staying kind to him. Sounds like you love him if you don't want to hurt his feelings.
That statement should help. Telling someone you dont love them anymore pretty much says it.





Be HONEST with him and tell him straight. There is no way to avoid hurting him. If he loves you, it may crush him. You cant not do it out of guilt. Do you know why your feelings are gone? Was it gradual?

You coward. I would hate to have someone like you. If you dont love him and he still loves you it's because of something you are not doing. You need to talk things through and do some self-reflection on what it take to get you to love him again. Walking away is easy. You made the commitment to marry him, now work at it you selfish ******.
You can make any1 fall in or out of love with you all you can do is have a say in your own feelings. If you don't won't to be with your parter you should tell him. You need to take care of your own welfare.



just tell him. My bf and I of 8 years broke up 2months ago because he fell out of love. He couldnt hold it in any longer. It's the best way to handle it , just be honest theres no need for lies. The truth hurts
Are you sure you don't love him anymore? I don't understand how someone can just fall out of love with someone after so long. Sounds like you two just need a romantic vacation and some spice back in your lifes.
Let's think about this, shall we? Can your husband make you love him again? No. So you can't make him stop loving you. You can not control how someone else feels. Grow up and tell him you want a divorce.
If you don't want to hurt him, just be honest. Tell him your feelings have changed. Don't you think after 10 years he knows when you're lying? Give him the respect he deserves.
